This week I started doing Pinterest Challenges. The three I'm doing are
Arm
Squat (for Buttocks & Legs)
Abs
Those are the areas I want improvement in.
Reasons:
Arms - I found stretch marks on my arms. No. No I will not have that!
Squat (Butt & Legs) - I actually have skinny legs, but no ass! So I want to plump that back up. All my jeans fall off & I'm surprised I can even sit on chairs without sliding off!
Abs - This is my area that I hate the most. I have what you call the "mommy pooch" or what have you. Anyways, I just want it to tone up and not look so chunky.
Progress:
My arms are fine
My legs and ass are sore & tired
My abs are fine (I have a great core, you just can't see it!)
Overall - I feel fan-fucking-TASTIC (excuse my French! but I'm just happy!!!!!)
My goal is to lose at least 20lbs. That is my MINIMUM. I've been very good. I've given up a lot of the things I love like:
Soda
Chips
Junk Food
Cereal
And replaced those with:
Veggies
Fruit (especially apples)
Oatmeal
Water (Pretty much only water)
I'm slowly tickin' things off one at a time off my list. It is hard, but I"m getting there. I'm having a visit from good ol' aunt Flo so I cannot really give an accurate ready on my body (measurements & weight) so that will be next week.
